Slack integration

You can integrate Chatspell with Slack in order to talk to your visitors directly from Slack channels.

Demo:

Step 1: go to https://chatspell.co/slack.html and click "Add to Slack" button

Step 2: create new account or login into existing account

Step 3: select support channel on your Slack workspace

At that channel you would be receiving notifications about new conversations

After joining that channel you can talk to your visitor

New message on selected notifications channel would be sent every time new visitor starts a chat.

Every message from conversation channel would be transferred to visitor chat widget.

Attachments (images and file uploads) are fully supported.
